March 20, 2023 — Given current developments regarding certain financial institutions, we wish to assure our Fund shareholders and financial intermediary partners that none of the mutual fund portfolios within Aquila Group of Funds (the “Funds”) have relationships with nor direct investments in, or exposure to, any securities or financial deposits offered by Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, First Republic Bank, and Credit Suisse Group.
Furthermore, this statement also pertains to the Funds’ sponsor, investment adviser/administrator and principal underwriter/distributor:
- Aquila Management Corporation – founder of the Funds and a U.S.-based holding company for its 100%-owned subsidiaries, Aquila Investment Management LLC and Aquila Distributors LLC.
